Anne is a non-executive director at Integrity with more than 25 years experience
delivering risk advisory services to governments, development organisations
and corporate clients across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. She began
her career on Wall Street, later moving to consulting, where she spent two decades with Kroll, the global risk consultancy, focusing on international operations. She was integral to the development of Kroll's business lines globally, leading assignments for government and private sector clients and establishing business operations in emerging and frontier markets. A seasoned manager, she served as Regional Head for both the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.
Anne has worked for governments, international donors and charities, as well as corporates throughout her career. During the Iraq conflict, Anne was responsible for the company's first contract in the international development arena, working directly for USAID and other implementing partners during the post conflict reconstruction efforts. She has advised charities on fraud prevention programs in certain high-risk areas where grant funding has been put risk. In addition, Anne pioneered the company's Corporate Social Responsibility program, highlighted in a partnership with Save the Children piloting a Leadership Development program and strategic review of the charity's 'Saying Power' program.
Anne continues to serve as a Trustee for the DSMT, a UK charity she founded in memory of a former foreign office colleague, which funds and promotes educational initiatives for women and girls, primarily in the Occupied Palestine Territories.
